Training Tips: Did you know that the best way to improve your fitness and performance is CONSISTENCY in training? It is also very well known that it is difficult to add more training sessions and reconcile work, family and social commitments! But there is a solution. Just add one or two early morning sessions to your weekly schedule and you will be on track for improving performance. So, no excuses.
 
Personalised Plan & Training Program
For those interested in personalised training, it is time to put down goals and plan for the season. It is early in the season when you can build the base and look forward to achieving your goals. Personalised Plan & Training packages are now available. Normally what I offer to athletes is a meeting free of charge and obligation, where the athlete advises me of what they want as an end result. Then I explain training options including costs. Until this point it is all free and without obligation. After this, it is up to the athlete to decide whether to go ahead with the proposal or to modify this in some way. If you are interested in personalised training, contact me.
