7:00am Meet at Albury Pool car park. Aerobic Run, squad session. Easy run from Albury Pool car park to Lavington Panthers Club via bike track.

7:50am Meet at Lavington Panthers Club car park. Aerobic Run, squad session. Easy run on undulating terrain from Lavington Panthers Club to Albury Pool car park via the Nail Can Hill run course.
